From the first e-mail
to your first shift —
step by step.
Your whole path to a job in a German hospital in one place. We show exactly what happens at each stage, what we take care of and what stays with you. No surprises and no fighting through bureaucracy on your own.

Seven stages on your way to Germany
Every case is different, so the order and timing of the stages may vary. This is what a typical path looks like — and at every step of it, we are on your side.
First contact
You get in touch however suits you — phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. No obligation.
You call, write an e-mail or WhatsApp message and tell us what you are looking for in Germany. If you wish, you can fill in a simple application right away — we prepare the CV for you.
We reply quickly and get to know your preferences: region, type of facility (acute hospital or rehabilitation), specialty, family situation and language level.
Analysis and hospital selection
We select specific facilities matched to your profile.
You wait for proposals and tell us which hospitals interest you.
We select facilities matching your specialty and preferences, then present your candidacy — we have direct contacts inside the hospitals.
Interviews with the hospital
You meet the employer and agree on the terms.
You take part in the interviews — often by phone or online at first.
We arrange the appointments, prepare you and support you in contact with the hospital, all the way to the offer and the employment contract.
Language: certificate and the Fachsprachprüfung
You demonstrate your knowledge of German.
You obtain a B2/C1 certificate (Goethe-Institut, ÖSD, telc) and — if required — take the Fachsprachprüfung, the medical language examination at the medical chamber (Ärztekammer).
We advise you on when and where to take the exam. If you do not yet have a certificate, we start working together earlier and get there along the way.
Approbation and paperwork
You obtain your licence to practise in Germany.
You gather the documents: diploma, Polish licence to practise, required certificates.
We guide you through the whole process — translations, applications and contact with the authorities. As a physician with an EU diploma you have a legal right to the Approbation; we also take care of the recognition of your specialist title.
Relocation and your first shift
You move and start working.
You pack and settle in at your new home.
We help with the practicalities on site: registration, tax ID, bank account, insurance and finding a flat.
Support after you start
We do not disappear once the contract is signed.
You settle into your job and life in Germany.
We stay in touch and help throughout your entire employment.
Documents that will be useful along the way
The sooner you gather them, the smoother the whole journey. Not everything ready yet? No problem — let’s start with what you have.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
How long does the whole thing take?
The duration of the whole journey depends mainly on two things: your language level and the pace of the Approbation in the given federal state. For some it takes a few months, for others longer. At every stage we tell you honestly where you stand.
What does it cost?
Our help is completely free of charge for you, at every stage. You sign no binding contracts — you work with us for as long as you wish.
Start your journey — with an application.
The easiest way to apply is our “automatic CV” form — you fill in simple fields and we prepare the finished CV for you. You do not need a CV beforehand; if you have one, you can attach it. The first step is free and non-binding.
Specialists can attach a catalogue of procedures/examinations — Latin is welcome.
