Pro-Medicus was founded in 2001 — but its roots go deeper. The founders had been studying and working in Germany since the 1980s, getting to know German medicine and the system from the inside.
The programme was created at the request of German physicians and has served one goal from the very beginning: excellent cooperation between Polish and German doctors. We draw on the long experience of supportive chief physicians and on practical, organisational knowledge of everyday work in German hospitals.
That is how we know what really works: how diploma recognition and the Approbation proceed, how to prepare linguistically, how the federal states differ and what hospitals expect. We have also built direct contacts with institutions — from large hospitals to smaller facilities and rehabilitation clinics.
We follow a simple principle: a satisfied doctor and a satisfied chief physician mean peace of mind for HR and management. That is why we match a good doctor with the hospital that needs them, and provide safe guidance the whole way — with no fees and no binding contracts.
